Overview

TechnicalPCS provides digital and remote technical support services, including but not limited to:

  • Windows Installation Support
  • Epson Printer Reset Service
  • Printer Troubleshooting
  • Driver Installation Assistance
  • Email Setup Service
  • Virus & Malware Removal
  • PC Optimization Service
  • Remote Technical Support

As our services involve technical expertise, digital delivery, and remote assistance, different refund conditions may apply depending on the service provided.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before service delivery begins.

If the support session has not started and no work has been performed, cancellation requests may be considered.

Once a technician has started diagnosing, troubleshooting, or providing support, the service is considered initiated and cancellation may no longer be available.


Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be approved if:

  • The purchased service cannot be delivered by our team.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents service completion.
  • A duplicate payment has been made.
  • The customer was charged incorrectly.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchasing.
  • The issue is caused by hardware failure.
  • The customer refuses to follow troubleshooting instructions.
  • Incorrect information is provided by the customer.
  • Service has already been successfully delivered.
  • Third-party software, drivers, operating systems, or manufacturer restrictions prevent resolution.
  • Downloaded digital products or delivered digital files have already been accessed or used.

Remote Support Services

For remote support services, customers may be asked to install secure remote access software such as AnyDesk, UltraViewer, or similar tools.

A refund cannot be guaranteed if:

  • The customer’s internet connection is unstable.
  • The device is inaccessible during the support session.
  • The issue is determined to be hardware-related after diagnosis.

Epson Printer Reset Services

Customers are advised to verify that their printer displays a waste ink pad or service required error before purchasing a reset service.

If the issue is unrelated to the ink pad counter reset, a different service may be required.

Refund requests based on purchasing the wrong service may not be eligible once support has begun.


Chargebacks

If you experience any payment-related issue, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
